To order

You can place an order via the shopping cart. After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email, also keep an eye on your spam box or unwanted mail. You will also receive a Track & Trace code. This way you can track your package quickly and easily.

Delivery time

We carefully do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible at the specified delivery address. The delivery time is 1-2 working days . Unless otherwise stated. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. During busy periods, the delivery time can also increase.

Dispatch

All prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

• €6.99 for orders in Belgium.
• €9.95 for orders in the Netherlands.
• Free for orders over €59.99.

Shipping costs include VAT.

Delivery is via BPost, PostNL or DPD parcel deliverers.
