When will my package be shipped?

Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days. When your package leaves, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

The mail may have accidentally ended up in your spam box or unwanted mail. Also check if you have entered your email address correctly. If you have not received an email, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

After the confirmation email you will receive an email with the Track&Trace code. By clicking on the link, you can see where your package is and when the delivery person will arrive.

How can I pay?

You can pay with:

  • Bancontact (Belgian customers only)
  • iDeal (Dutch customers only)
  • PayPal
  • Visa/ Mastercard

Where can I enter a discount code?

Have you received a discount code, you can shop as you always do and at the checkout there is a box where you can enter the code. This is automatically deducted and you can only use 1 discount code at a time.

I have received the wrong product, what now?

Did you receive the wrong product? Our apologies! Send an email to: info@babylou.be with your order number and a photo of the incorrectly delivered product. You will then receive the correct product as soon as possible.

My order is a gift. Can I have it wrapped in gift wrap?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have your order wrapped in gift wrap. Did you know that you can also give a Babylou gift voucher.
