Return
The possibility of return is valid for 14 days after receipt . If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with labels attached (if any). The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account.
Items that cannot be returned:
* Some health and personal hygiene products (e.g. pacifiers).
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you choose to return products, we ask that you do the following:
- Register your return by sending an e-mail to info@babylou.be stating your full name, the invoice number and the rode of your return.
- You will then receive the return label by email.

Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed and charged to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note: if you have paid with a Babylou gift card, it will also be refunded in the form of a gift card.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, please contact the issuer of your payment card. It may take a while to see your refund. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund. Did you do this, but still haven't received your refund? Please contact us at info@babylou.be.
exchange
Do you want to exchange an item for the same item? That's no problem at all. You can contact us for this via: info@babyloe.be.
Gifts
If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we have received the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will therefore be notified that you have received it. sent back.
The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long a replacement item takes to reach you depends on where you are.
If you are sending us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
